There is no refund available for:
- Courses paid for using vouchers.
- Cancellations less than 10 business days before the first day of class.
- Classes in progress or completed.

- Days where the student did not attend.

If the course is
"Guaranteed To Run", then a 20% administrative fee is applied for all cancellations.
If a class is canceled by Spark National due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or other unforseen problems, such as a blackout, Spark National will make up the missed content through one or more of the following methods, at Spark National's discretion:
- Provide a substitute instructor and continue classes
- Reschedule the missed class(es)
- Extend class hours to make up the missed content
- Credit for missed days
